What file formats are currently supported by EzDataMunch Apps?
EzDataMunch BI Apps support variety of file formats. Currently, SQL, TXT, CSV, XLS, XML, QVD, QVS, QVW and MDB file formats are supported. We also support OLAP cubes on case to case basis.
Does EzDataMunch BI Apps integrate with other Cloud applications like Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Facebook, Tweeter, etc.?
EzDataMunch BI Apps currently support cloud based applications like Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Facebook, Tweeter, etc. We also support Google Big Queury.
What about big data support? What kind of big databases are supported by EzDataMunch Apps?
EzDataMunch BI Apps can interface and integrate data from any big data platform like Hadoop, MongoDB, Netezza, Teradata, Informatica, etc.
What ERP or accounting systems are supported by EzDataMunch Apps?
EzDataMunch Apps are built on top of multiple ERP systems like Oracle EBS, SAP, Peoplesoft, JDE, Lawson, BaaN, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Navision, SAGE, Quickbooks, Zero, Tally, and many more…
Can we develop our own BI App and host it in the EzDataMunch Cloud service?
Yes, you can host your own BI Application in EzDataMunch cloud as long as it is developed using QlikView platform.
If we don’t like any of the Apps available in the EzDataMunch BI App store or if our requirements are very unique, will EzDataMunch develop a custom application for us and host it in their cloud?
EzDataMunch BI App store has 100s of apps in its store. We can always mix and match the features of similar applications or do some configuration to suite your needs at no additional cost. We can also develop a custom application from group up and host in our cloud for access like any other BI App. We charge a flat cost of $29,999 per custom developed application.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Yes. Send us an email and we will make the change immediately with 24 hours.
Is my data secure?
When you are using our App store, be rest assured since our Data centers are with the highest level of security and have the required certifications / security standards as required by banking or other highly secured organizations. We can provide you with the security audit reports from our external auditors. Our Data centers are hosted in the US and in Europe for disaster recovery purposes.
How does the 30-day trial work?
After you create an account, you get instant access to all EzDataMunch features for 30 days (if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, just contact us). We don’t require a credit card during the trial, so you can try EzDataMunch risk free!
Do you offer discount for annual billing?
No. But if you commit for 24 months or 36 months, we’ll give you the first two months for free. Just contact us at info@ezdatamunch.com
What if I need a lot of users?
Upgrading your account is easy and generally can be done for a fraction of the cost of any other solutions on the market. Each new user can be added starting at just $99 per month using your Admin module. If you are planning to roll out to more than 100 users, pl. contact us for special pricing today!
How will you bill me?
We bill you for the annual amount upfront in advance. You can pay by credit card or wire transfers or check. Contact us for details. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund you the full amount within the first 30 days.
How is 10 GB data storage limit calculated? How do you monitor it?

If you want to host your own BI reporting application in our App Store, no problem! Just give us a call and we will provide you a portal / admin access to host your own BI App store at no extra cost. You can then provide access to your internal team or your clients as the case may be. We will even help you load your test data etc. in your application to make sure that it works, all free of cost as part of your subscription!

Custom Reporting Application
If you don’t want to use the reporting applications in our App store, no problem! Our world-class consulting services can take care of building your customized reporting application at fixed price of $29,990 per reporting application using our EzDataMunch platform.
Internal Databases and in-premise ERP systems
If you want to connect to local databases in your network or in-premise ERP system like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Lawson, Microsoft Dynamics / Navision, etc. or any specific data sources including Google Big Query, pl. call us and our consultants will help you with the support at no extra cost.
